The China 2 West China HQ Staff are divided into 5 core teams each focusing on a specific area of our business.
Engineering Team
Responsible for project management of all complex manufacturing, OEM/ODM product development, prototyping, molding/tooling, electronics and POP/POS display projects.
The team has extensive experience in arrange of key engineering activities, combining the skills of CAD operators, metal work experts, mold designers and electronics engineers. All team members speak fluent English and have extensive experience in their respective engineering fields.
QC Team
Responsible for Quality Control management of all C2W projects.
The team spends most the time on the road carrying out scheduled QC visits at key milestone points in projects and if required late night surprise visits to check in on suppliers. Customers are free to talk directly with the QC Team and give them their own QC plans to merge with our own C2W procedures.
Sourcing Team
Responsible for all simple manufacturing, sourcing and product branding projects.
All team members have high level English skills and each deals directly with their own portfolio of western customers.
General Support Team
Includies C2W process control, freight, accounts, our in-house graphic designer and staff working in the C2W Zhuhai warehouse/assembly workshop, .
EL Team
Responsible for running our increasing EL (Electroluminescence) orders within our local partner factory.
