This light is the most advanced production LED light in the world. It is now standard fit on all new build US Coast Guard boats.
The plastic housing is made by plastic injection (the mold was tooled by C2W partner plastic mold factory) and is a heat and impact resistant compound.
The bezel shown is a machined and gold anodized aluminum alloy. Various finishes and material are manufactured including silver anodized, powder coat colors as well as polished 316L Stainless Steel and even Titanium.
The PCB, rubber O-ring (tooled by C2W partner rubber factory) and laser cut acrylic lens are all manufactured locally.
